Initial Meeting Deposit
To secure your initial meeting, a non-refundable deposit of $30 CAD must be sent via e-transfer to publifabian@gmail.com at the time of booking. This payment guarantees your reserved time slot.

Confirmation Email
Once your booking and deposit are received, you will receive an email confirmation with your meeting details. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder to ensure you don’t miss it.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without additional fees.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the meeting will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the scheduled meeting without notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.

Payment of Remaining Balance
Any outstanding balance (if applicable) is due at the start of the meeting.
